Teacher’s Aide
Early Einsteins expects all Teacher’s Aides to show a tremendous amount of professionalism, organization, communication, knowledge and sophistication at all times. All Teacher’s Aides will help Assistant Teachers and Lead Teachers in implementing the Creative Curriculum and Nurtured Heart Approach at all times.
Assistant Teacher
Early Einsteins expects all Assistant Teachers to show a tremendous amount of professionalism, organization, communication, knowledge and sophistication at all times. All Assistant Teachers will help Lead Teachers in implementing the Creative Curriculum and Nurtured Heart Approach and are expected to be role models to all Teacher’s Aides.
Lead Teacher
Lead Teachers are expected to be a role model for all staff. Early Einsteins expects all Lead Teachers to show a tremendous amount of professionalism, organization, communication, knowledge and sophistication. Early Einsteins expects all Lead Teachers to implement the Creative Curriculum and Nurtured Heart Approach and to be a mentor for Aides and Assistant Teachers.
